People, planet and profit, weighted equally.

EcoPlanet’s forestry and restoration projects are delivered by people working across Nicaragua, Ghana, Rwanda, South Africa and the Philippines. Our teams combine practical field expertise with carbon, finance, technical and commercial capabilities to establish and manage projects over the long term.

Whether your background is in nursery operations, forestry, project management, environmental science, community programs or industrial development, the work begins with responsibility for real places and the people who depend on them.

As we move into manufacturing, the nature of these roles will expand while we create a number of skilled and highly skilled positions including in our harvesting, logistics, engineering and industrial teams.

A locally led, multi-country team

Many EcoPlanet roles are based within country operations: nursery and planting teams, forest and restoration managers, carbon monitoring specialists and colleagues working with communities. We also recruit for central technical, financial, commercial and operational functions that support projects across several countries.

Our workforce includes ongoing operational positions as well as seasonal opportunities linked to planting and nursery activity. We aim to recruit locally wherever practical and provide training appropriate to each role.
